Return Policy
Daniel MacGregor strives to make customer service priority one. Daniel wants every customer to be 100% satisfied; he is available to answer questions and make every customer comfortable throughout the purchasing process. Daniel has a unique sense of color and his color combinations will compliment any decor. We have a 14-Day Return Policy on all original artwork.
If unsatisfied for any reason you may return new, undamaged items sold on danielmacgregorstudios.com within 14 days of delivery for a full refund (shipping excluded). Items should be returned in their original product packaging with all materials.
You should expect to receive your refund within three weeks after giving your package to the shipper, however, you should receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for me to receive your return (3 to 9 business days), the time it takes me to process your return (1 to 2 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days). We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.
Items that are not returnable:
- Severely damaged pieces
- Gift certificates
Partial Refunds will be issued for the following:
- Items that are returned more than 45 days after requesting a refund/exchange
- Any item not returned in the condition it was received
Exchanges
If you received a piece and need to exchange it for a simular item, contact us to request a replacement immediately. If you would like to exchange an undamaged item for a different one, please return the original item. You will be refunded the original purchase price once we receive the item. You may place another order for the item you wish to purchase. You do not have to wait for us to receive the original item before placing the new order.
Daniel MacGregor Studios orginal modern contemporary paintings are a sound investment. They will increase in value and can be passed from generation to generation. Daniel's modern art will stand the test of time. We guarantee our quality and strive to exceed customer satifaction.
